Quartet eyeing roles in 'Oranges' film

Brody, Shawkat, Keener, Janney in talks to join dramedy

Adam Brody, Alia Shawkat, Catherine Keener and Allison Janney are in negotiations to join the cast of the family dramedy "The Oranges."

Hugh Laurie and Leighton Meester recently boarded the long-gestating indie pic, which finally secured financing and will begin shooting March 30 in New York. Julian Farino is directing, and Anthony Bregman, Glen Basner and Leslie Urdang are producing.

The script, by Ian Helfer and Jay Reiss, centers on a man (Laurie) who has a romantic relationship with the daughter (Meester) of a family friend. That turns their lives,and the lives of Their Families, upside down.

Brody will play Laurie's son, Who falls for Meester But is shocked to learn she's Having a torrid affair with His Dad.

Shawkat is Brody's sister, thinking of moving out, while Keener plays Their mother. Janney Meester's mom is. UTA-repped

Brody Can Be seen on screen with Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan in "Cop Out." He Was last seen "Jennifer's Body."

Since Appearing in Drew Barrymore's "Whip It!" Shawkat has landed roles in "The Runaways" and "Cedar Rapids" and co-created a comedy with Ellen Page for HBO titled "Stitch N 'Bitch." She is repped by UTA and Kipperman Management.

And believe it or not, Through the Language Inglés I discovered a lot of Things That come from England, let's say music, TV shows, actors and actresses, authors and much more. And I have a passion for That country: I want to see Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, I want to Walk Along Abbey Road, I want to get on a double-decker bus (and the Underground, of course!) , go to Windsor Castle, visit Oxford University, go to Liverpool and drink a beer in The Cavern Club, see a football match at Manchester Utd Staduim ... So Many Things!! But I think this dream will come true Because I'm going to Oxford next year, so I Might Be Able to do at least A Few Things That from list. I just wonder if When I Came Back From There I Will Still Be Saying That I Was Born ierfect show for girls and events for families. It Was a TV show That Was Not that far fetched from reality and Its characters were lovely. I love the Relationship Between Lorelai (the mum) and Rory (the daughter) Because Even Though Their age difference is only of 16 years, Amy Sherman-Palladino (the creator of the show) has managed to make Them Not just best friends, pero Actually to Behave like mother and daughter. And the scripts are awesome, so witty and funny, Combined with the speed and Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel talk, make the show unique. Rory Gilmore
was my role model for a long time, and I still admire That character Because to me she always real Had Problems (not the Gossip Girl kind of problem) and she always did her best and tried to find a way to solve Them , together with her mum and friends. 1) It's Almost Friday. Because I'm anxious in 4 days ... I'm Starting University all over again. After the unsuccessful 2009 (I dropped out of Teaching Training College in August and did not much with my life after that) it is finally time to move on, and begin a new stage in my life. 2) I'm planning on Spending My last 4 days of doing holidats Things That I'll Probably Will not Be Able to do from Europe on Monday. They've visited London and Paris. 4) Yesterday, I started planning a trip to Oxford. I want to go there to study Inglés.
